Other Service Industry Success Stories Foster Care Coalition of Greater St. Louis - Coalition increases number of families interested in taking in Foster Children. To find homes for the rising number of abandoned and abused children, the Foster Care Coalition of Greater St. Louis received funding from Southwestern Bell to use QualPro's MVT® to find a more efficient way to test recruitment strategies. More inquiries would lead to an increase in licensed foster care homes. Using MVT®, 17 factors tested in 13 counties showed that four factors significantly affected inquiries.
