Phase I: Complete Two High-Impact MVT Projects with Breakthrough Results
Phase I consists of two high-priority MVT® projects that clearly demonstrate the benefits of the techniques to the organization. Project participants with support from QualPro experts, apply process improvement techniques to significant opportunities. These initial successes pave the way for improvements on a broad scale. Often the financial benefits from these Phase I projects more than fund the entire QualPro Process effort.

Phase II: Commit To an Organization-wide Rollout - A Senior Management Function
Building on the success from Phase I, top management creates and communicates an action plan which (1) aligns process improvement initiatives with corporate objectives, (2) provides training and resources to management, technical, and front-line personnel, and (3) monitors process improvement activities to ensure rapid and quantifiable success.

Phase III: Execute MVT Projects Throughout the Organization
In Phase III, the benefits of MVT® process improvement methods are expanded across the entire organization. Management, technical, and front-line personnel are trained to produce results like those achieved in Phase I. This training, along with routine consultant support by QualPro, allows implementation of MVT® projects that solve problems throughout the organization, resulting in substantial results. This can rapidly improve corporate financial performance while transforming the culture into one never satisfied with the status quo.

Phase IV: Maintain the Gains, Prioritize MVT Opportunities, and Continuously Improve
During Phase IV, all business personnel help maintain gains made in Phases I and III, while continuously working to improve results. As new "problems" and opportunities are identified, additional projects are initiated. New hires and promoted personnel are trained and then involved appropriately in new or existing process improvement efforts. QualPro consultancy involvement decreases as client personnel participate in numerous projects and gain increasing process improvement "and problem solving competence".
