Green Belt Overview Green Belts serve on Black Belt project teams. They collect and analyze data, develop process maps, assist a Black Belt in certain levels of statistical analysis, and develop experimental designs for a particular project. Green Belts can also be assigned specific improvement projects to conduct on their own-projects that would not require the statistical rigor demonstrated by the Black Belt (generally bottom line savings of $10,000-$50,000). Green Belts conduct projects within the scope of their normal daily roles. There is no certification program for Green Belts. Their primary roles include the following:

Since 1982, QualPro has used Multivariable Testing (MVT®) with 1000+ companies to test 100,000+ improvement ideas. MVT® tests between 20 and 40 ideas simultaneously, accurately predicting the bottom-line impact of potential process changes in as short as 12 weeks. Take existing process initiatives, like Six Sigma, to a whole new level. All process improvement tools and approaches (TQM, DOE, Six Sigma, Re-Engineering, SPC) can be enhanced through the use of Multivariable Testing® by QualPro.
